Nikola Jokic, the star of the Denver Nuggets, tops the list of candidates for the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) award after a series of exceptional performances this season that have reinforced his dominance and usual efficiency on the court.

Jokic has had an amazing run in recent days, scoring a personal record of 55 points against the Los Angeles Clippers, in addition to recording 33 points with 15 rebounds and 16 assists in another game, as well as 26 points without relying on free throws, showcasing the diversity and effectiveness of his performance. The Serbian player currently holds the first position in the MVP race this season, having previously won the award three times and finished second twice.

Jokic continues to deliver a dual performance in scoring, passing, and rebounding, with averages of 28.8 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 10.9 assists.
