وأوضح المؤثر الصيني أنه أنفق المبلغ الكبير لحقن 40 جرعة من الحمض في مناطق مختلفة من جسده، شملت الكتفين، وعظام الترقوة، والصدر، والبطن، وأكد أنه راضٍ عن النتيجة التى جعلت عضلات بطنه الاصطناعية تبدو «حقيقية تماماً»، بحسب ما ذكر موقع oddity central.
ويعد آندي هاو تيانان، البالغ من العمر 29 عامًا، مؤثر شهير في مجال الموضة والجمال في مقاطعة هيلونغجيانغ شمال شرق الصين، ويمتلك ملايين المتابعين، ويشارك بانتظام نصائح حول العناية بالبشرة، الإطلالات الأنيقة، والروتينات اليومية للحفاظ على الجاذبية.
ومع ذلك لم يكن تيانان راضيًا عن جسده الطبيعي؛ فقد أفصح في منشوراته أنه حاول لسنوات بناء عضلات البطن من خلال التمارين الرياضية التقليدية، لكنه فشل في تحقيق الشكل المثالي الذي يُروج له في عالم الموضة.
وقال المؤثر الصينى مازحا، «العضلات لا تنمو على الجبناء، لكننى لم أعد جباناً بعد كل هذه الحقن، إذا بقيت عضلات بطنى كما هى لمدة 3 سنوات فسأتقدم بطلب إلى موسوعة جينيس للأرقام القياسية لأطول فترة بقاء لعضلات بطن مصنوعة من حمض الهيالورونيك، وسأبث بثا مباشرا وأنا أكسر الجوز عليها أمام الجميع»، وأشار إلى أن خطوط عضلاته الاصطناعية ما زالت واضحة، بل تبدو أكثر طبيعية بمرور الوقت.
هوس التجميل المفرط في الصين
وتعتبر الواقعة التي انتشرت صورها بسرعة البرق على منصات مثل Douyin (التيك توك الصيني)، ليست مجرد قصة فردية، بل انعكاس لظاهرة أوسع تُعرف بـ«هوس التجميل المفرط»، حيث يدفع الضغط الاجتماعي المؤثرين إلى تجاوز الحدود الطبيعية بحثًا عن الكمال الرقمي.
وحمض الهيالورونيك، المادة الرئيسية في هذا التحول، هو مادة طبيعية موجودة في الجسم تساعد على ترطيب الجلد والمفاصل، عادةً، يُستخدم في الحقن التجميلية لملء التجاعيد أو تعزيز حجم الشفاه والخدود بكميات صغيرة، لكن تيانان ذهب إلى أبعد الحدود واستخدمه في حقن مناطق متفرقة من جسده.
وانتشرت الصور والفيديوهات التي يظهر فيها تيانان ببطنه «المحدد» بشكل مثالي، دون أي تورم عضلي طبيعي، مما أثار إعجاب بعض المتابعين الذين رأوا فيه رمزًا للجرأة، لكنه أيضًا أشعل نقاشًا حادًا حول مخاطر هذه الطريقة، خاصة مع ادعائه بأنه «أول حالة من نوعها في الصين».
مخاطر صحية وتحذيرات طبية
وحذر خبراء طبيون من المخاطر الجسيمة لهذه الأساليب المفرطة، حيث أكد الدكتور لي جيالون، استشاري جراحة تجميل في مستشفى يونيون بمدينة ووهان، أن حقن 40 جرعة في منطقة واحدة يزيد من خطر تلف الأنسجة، انسداد الأوعية الدموية، وموت الخلايا، مما قد يؤدي إلى تشوهات دائمة أو فقدان الجلد.
كما يمكن أن تضعف العضلات الطبيعية بسبب الضغط المستمر، أو تتسبب المادة في الترسبات غير المنتظمة التي تظهر بعد أشهر، أو حتى تآكل العظام على المدى الطويل.

The Chinese influencer explained that he spent the large amount on injecting 40 doses of the acid into various areas of his body, including the shoulders, collarbones, chest, and abdomen, and he confirmed that he is satisfied with the result that made his artificial abs look "completely real," according to the website Oddity Central.
Andy Hao Tianan, 29 years old, is a famous influencer in the fashion and beauty field in Heilongjiang Province, northeast China, and he has millions of followers. He regularly shares tips on skincare, stylish looks, and daily routines to maintain attractiveness.
However, Tianan was not satisfied with his natural body; he revealed in his posts that he had tried for years to build abdominal muscles through traditional exercises, but he failed to achieve the ideal shape that is promoted in the fashion world.
The Chinese influencer jokingly said, "Muscles don’t grow on cowards, but I’m no longer a coward after all these injections. If my abs stay as they are for 3 years, I will apply to the Guinness World Records for the longest duration of hyaluronic acid abs, and I will do a live broadcast while cracking nuts on them in front of everyone." He noted that the lines of his artificial muscles are still clear and appear more natural over time.
Excessive Beauty Obsession in China
The incident, whose images spread like wildfire on platforms like Douyin (the Chinese TikTok), is not just an individual story but a reflection of a broader phenomenon known as "excessive beauty obsession," where social pressure drives influencers to push beyond natural limits in search of digital perfection.
Hyaluronic acid, the main substance in this transformation, is a natural substance found in the body that helps to hydrate the skin and joints. Typically, it is used in cosmetic injections to fill wrinkles or enhance the volume of lips and cheeks in small amounts, but Tianan went to the extreme and used it to inject various areas of his body.
Images and videos of Tianan showing off his "defined" abdomen perfectly, without any natural muscle swelling, went viral, impressing some followers who saw him as a symbol of boldness, but it also ignited a heated debate about the risks of this method, especially with his claim of being "the first case of its kind in China."
Health Risks and Medical Warnings
Medical experts have warned about the serious risks of these excessive methods. Dr. Li Jialong, a consultant plastic surgeon at Union Hospital in Wuhan, confirmed that injecting 40 doses into one area increases the risk of tissue damage, vascular blockage, and cell death, which could lead to permanent deformities or skin loss.
Natural muscles can also weaken due to constant pressure, or the substance can cause irregular deposits that appear after months, or even lead to bone erosion in the long term.
