المصدر 24 - اختتمت اليوم منافسات البطولة العربية للغولف للرجال والروّاد، التي أُقيمت على أرض نادي الرياض للغولف، في نسخة مميزة قدّم خلالها اللاعبون العرب مستويات فنية عالية عكست التطور الكبير الذي تشهده رياضة الغولف في المنطقة. وشهد اليوم الختامي تتويج أبطال الفردي والفرق وسط حضور رفيع من ممثلي الاتحادات العربية.

وتوج اللاعب يوسف الهالي من المملكة المغربية بلقب الفردي لفئة الرجال بعد أداء متألق على مدار أيام البطولة، ليؤكد تفوّق الغولف المغربي واستمرار حضوره القوي على الساحة العربية.

وبهذا الفوز، تأهّل الهالي تلقائياً للمشاركة في بطولة السعودية الدولية المقدَّمة من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة (PIF)، التي ستُقام الأسبوع القادم في نادي الرياض للغولف بمشاركة نخبة من نجوم العالم، وذلك ضمن فعاليات مهرجان «واو» – غولف وسيارات وموسيقى الذي يأتي على أجندة موسم الرياض 2025. وحل بالمركز الثاني اللاعب المصري عيسى أبوالعلا، فيما جاء ثالثاً رضا الهالي من المملكة المغربية.

وفي فئة الفرق حل المنتخب المغربي بالمركز الأول، فيما جاء منتخب جمهورية مصر ثانياً، وحل بالمركز الثالث منتخب دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

وفي فئة الروّاد، خطف الأمير خالد بن سعود الفيصل لقب الفردي بعد أداء ثابت ومستوى مميز، ليضيف إنجازاً جديداً للغولف السعودي في نسخة شهدت منافسة قوية بين نخبة اللاعبين العرب من جيل الروّاد، وجاء بالمركز الثاني اللاعب البحريني حمد مبارك عفنان، وحل ثالثاً سليمان برادى من المملكة المغربية.

وفي فئة فرق الرواد توج منتخب مملكة البحرين بالمركز الأول، وحل ثانياً منتخب الجمهورية اللبنانية، وفي المركز الثالث منتخب المملكة المغربية.

وقد جرت مراسم التتويج بحضور كلٍّ من:

نائب الرئيس التنفيذي للمصرفية في البنك العربي الوطني – الراعي الرسمي للبطولة عثمان البدر،

والمدير التنفيذي للاتحاد السعودي للغولف نوح علي رضا، إلى جانب ممثلي الاتحاد العربي للغولف، الذين شاركوا في تسليم الكؤوس للفائزين.

وعبّرت الوفود العربية عن تقديرها الكبير لحسن التنظيم والاستضافة المميزة من المملكة العربية السعودية ممثلة بالاتحاد السعودي للغولف، مثمنين جهود ياسر بن عثمان الرميان في تطوير الغولف العربي، خصوصاً بعد تجديد الثقة به رئيساً للاتحاد العربي للغولف حتى عام 2029 خلال اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الذي عُقد على هامش البطولة.

كما وجّه الاتحادان العربي والسعودي للغولف شكرهما وتقديرهما إلى البنك العربي الوطني لرعايته الكريمة للبطولة، مؤكدين أن هذا الدعم شكّل إضافة نوعية وركناً أساسياً في نجاح النسخة الحالية.

واختُتم الحفل بالتقاط الصورة التذكارية للأبطال ورؤساء الوفود، وسط أجواء مليئة بالفخر والاعتزاز ببطولة حملت الروح العربية الأصيلة، وأكدت المكانة المتنامية للغولف العربي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.

The Arab Golf Championship for men and seniors concluded today, held at the Riyadh Golf Club, in a distinguished edition where Arab players showcased high technical levels that reflected the significant development of golf in the region. The final day witnessed the crowning of individual and team champions in the presence of esteemed representatives from Arab federations.

Player Youssef Al-Hali from the Kingdom of Morocco was crowned the men's individual champion after an outstanding performance throughout the tournament, confirming the superiority of Moroccan golf and its strong presence on the Arab scene.

With this victory, Al-Hali automatically qualified to participate in the Saudi International Championship presented by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), which will take place next week at the Riyadh Golf Club with the participation of a select group of world stars, as part of the "Wow" Festival – Golf, Cars, and Music, which is on the agenda of the Riyadh Season 2025. Egyptian player Eissa Aboulala came in second, while Reda Al-Hali from the Kingdom of Morocco took third place.

In the team category, the Moroccan team secured first place, while the Egypt team came in second, and the United Arab Emirates team finished in third place.

In the seniors category, Prince Khalid bin Saud Al-Faisal snatched the individual title after a consistent performance and remarkable level, adding a new achievement for Saudi golf in an edition that witnessed strong competition among elite Arab players from the seniors generation. Bahraini player Hamad Mubarak Afnaan came in second, and Suleiman Baradi from the Kingdom of Morocco took third place.

In the seniors team category, the Kingdom of Bahrain team was crowned first, followed by the Lebanon team in second place, and the Moroccan team in third place.

The awarding ceremony was attended by:

Othman Al-Badr, Deputy CEO of Banking at the Arab National Bank – the official sponsor of the championship,

and Noah Ali Reza, Executive Director of the Saudi Golf Federation, along with representatives from the Arab Golf Federation, who participated in presenting the trophies to the winners.

The Arab delegations expressed their great appreciation for the excellent organization and distinguished hosting by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Golf Federation, praising the efforts of Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan in developing Arab golf, especially after being re-elected as President of the Arab Golf Federation until 2029 during the General Assembly meeting held on the sidelines of the championship.

The Arab and Saudi Golf Federations also extended their thanks and appreciation to the Arab National Bank for its generous sponsorship of the championship, emphasizing that this support constituted a qualitative addition and a fundamental pillar in the success of the current edition.

The ceremony concluded with a commemorative photo of the champions and heads of delegations, amidst an atmosphere filled with pride and honor for a championship that carried the authentic Arab spirit and confirmed the growing status of Arab golf on both regional and international levels.
